Data Deletion Instructions

1. Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Integration Data
AI Massage SaaS provides integrations with Meta platforms (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp) to deliver automated messaging workflows for massage businesses. In compliance with the Meta Platform Terms, you have the right to request the deletion of all personal data retrieved through these channels.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
If you have connected your Facebook Page or Instagram Business Profile to our application and wish to delete your associated data, please follow the steps below:
Method A: Remove App Permissions via Facebook
- Log into your Facebook Account and navigate to your profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- In the left sidebar, click on Apps and Websites.
- Find AI Massage SaaS (or Lazy Skipper Automation) in the list.
- Click the Remove button next to the app.
- In the popup confirmation, check the box to allow the app to delete your information if requested, and click Remove.
Method B: Direct Email Deletion Request
If you want us to manually delete all stored customer chats, access tokens, logs, and account records linked to your business:
- Send an email to: support@lazyskipper.shop.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Provide your name, registered business name, and the email associated with your tenant account.
- We will process your request and permanently delete all your data from our active databases and backup logs within **30 business days**. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.
3. Stored Data Category & Retention Policy
We only retain data necessary for providing our automation services. Upon a confirmed deletion request, the following data is permanently purged:
- Encrypted access tokens used to communicate with Meta APIs.
- Historic conversation transcripts and message logs.
- Customer profile details (names, phone numbers, email addresses) linked to your tenant ID.
- Usage history and diagnostic webhook records.
